We are looking for a suitable candidate with great communication skills and an understanding of the Product Management industry. For this unique opportunity, Product Management experience is a must-have.

As a Solutions engineer, you will work closely across various verticals such as sales, product development and customer success.

Your job will include understanding the customer’s needs and pitching the company’s products as suitable solutions. You will also be required to actively observe customer behavior and predict future needs for product development.

As part of the role onboarding, you will be assigned as the main point of contact for one of our Enterprise accounts. The responsibilities will entail business and team discovery, defining the customer’s KPIs with Craft.io, support technical integrations and build and execute a rollout plan.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the software product or solution thoroughly, including its features, functionalities, benefits, and competitive advantages. You need to be able to articulate these clearly to potential clients, address any queries or concerns they might have and customize the platform to ensure our solutions align with their requirements.

  • Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.

  • Work in sync with the product development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products.

  • Learning, Sharing and Presenting best practices for setting strategy, capturing ideas, prioritizing work, and creating visual roadmaps

  • Helping customers integrate Craft.io with their existing tools (e.g. development systems)

  • Ability to fill out RFP’s/RFI’s

  • Build integrations for Customers’ Software (JIRA. ADO, Etc.)

  • Understand customer needs and build sales presentations.

  • Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as webinars, trade shows or customer workshops.

  • Build lasting relationships with customers.




Job requirements

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years' experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company

  • Academic degree (Engineering is an advantage)

  • Used a detailed go-to-market process to achieve product and business goals

  • Learned complex software applications and workflow methodologies

  • Written clear instructions to answer questions and explain best practices

  • Independently resolved hard challenges

  • Solution-oriented analytical skills.

  • Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact

  • Fluent English - Must
