Craft.io is a powerful SaaS platform that equips product managers and teams to strategize, plan, and bring their product visions to life. We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and be a key player in driving our sales pipeline.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential Craft.io customers, generating leads and setting the stage for success for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Diligently nurture and qualify inbound leads, progressing them towards product demos for the Account Executives
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify qualified leads among product managers and product teams
  • Research target accounts and build a deep understanding of their product development needs and challenges
  • Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to initiate conversations with potential customers
  • Pre-qualify leads by uncovering their pain points and how Craft.io can address them 
  • Schedule product demos and meetings with qualified leads for our Account Executives
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and up-to-date lead information
  • Support the sales team with research and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth sales process

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • A strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead generation process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with potential customers over the phone and email
  • Proficient in research techniques and comfortable using sales prospecting tools
  • A data-driven approach that prioritizes exceeding lead qualification targets
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Native English or similar proficiency speaker
  • A flexible work arrangement with 50% time spent in the office and 50% working remotely
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on exceeding expectations
