Craft.io, a leading SaaS platform empowering product managers and their teams to strategize, plan, and execute their product visions, is seeking a results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team.
As a key player in our sales pipeline, you will proactively engage with potential customers, generate high-quality outbound leads, and set the stage for our Account Executives’ success. If you thrive on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting cold leads into promising prospects, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify outbound leads through proactive prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Target product managers and product teams, conducting research to understand their product development needs and pain points.
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to initiate and nurture conversations with potential customers.
Effectively pre-qualify leads by identifying challenges and demonstrating how Craft.io can provide solutions.
Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records with detailed prospect information.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing research, insights, and administrative support to optimize the sales process.
Consistently achieve or exceed lead qualification targets, contributing to overall sales success.

Job requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Native English speaker
2+ years of experience as an outbound BDR in B2B SaaS sales for US and EU markets
Willingness to be available on Fridays and accommodate West Coast hours as necessary.
Hybrid work model: Must be able to work from home and attend the office 3 days per week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Strong lead generation and sales prospecting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
Data-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and surpassing lead qualification targets
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to efficiently manage prospecting, pipeline tracking, and customer interactions.
Strong work ethic with a focus on exceeding expectations
